Founder, Creator and Company Secretary - Alan Wilson
Alan is a visionary; he is changing the fabric of our society from the inside out. Empowering parents to unleash the potential of their whole family leads to more cohesive communities, which quietly but profoundly changes the fabric of our society. He has pioneered a proven combination of advanced coaching and emotional literacy techniques underpinned by Neuroscience to produce powerful results. By taking this unique approach into families and education he is building an ethos of empowerment for young people.

Chairman - Sir John Whitmore PhD
John is Executive Chairman of Performance Consultants. He is a pre‐eminent thinker in leadership and organisational change and works globally with leading multinational corporations to establish coaching management cultures and leadership programmes. He has written five books on leadership, coaching and sports, of which “Coaching for Performance” is the best known having sold 500,000 copies in 17 languages. Georgina Saralis
Georgina is Director of Ethos of Empowerment and her role is to develop our programmes for their application in schools. She has been in education management for over 20 years and is currently a Deputy Headteacher of an Independent Special School. Her passion is working with children and young people in ways that unleash their potential. In her search for an effective approach for removing barriers to learning she has trained as an NLP & Spritual Master Practitioner (with a NLP SEN Diploma).

Barry Clout
Barry, over the last 10 years has been increasingly involved with the wider voluntary and community sector across Kent. Beyond the 30 years in education and youth services to give a voice and be an advocate for the voluntary youth sector. From positions on both the Kent and Medway Local Strategic Partnerships and the South East Youth Partnership he has developed a local and regional understanding and relishes the opportunity to help shape policy and strategy.

Stuart Kerslake
Stuart supports entrepreneurs through his INBusiness organisation to help them make more meaning of their world, their vision, and their business. He believes each person already has the wisdom and insight for every challenge that we face in life and that within each person lies the blueprint for our unique form of greatness, our purpose, our passion, our vision; in sum, the unique contribution that we each have the opportunity to bring to the world.

Ian Lewis
Ian is the driving force behind the ‘Campaign for Adventure’ which seeks to show that life is best approached in a spirit of exploration, adventure and enterprise; to influence and better inform attitudes towards risk; to build wider recognition that chance, unforeseen circumstances and uncertainty are inescapable features of life and that absolute safety is unachievable; and to demonstrate that sensible education and preparation enable an appropriate balance to be achieved between risk & safety and achievement & opportunity.

Emma Anderson
Emma is a parent who in challenging circumstances participated in the Parent Champion programme and has transformed her and her families lives. 

Viviene Cadby
Viviene is a parent who in challenging circumstances participated in the Parent Champion programme and has transformed her and her families lives. 

Anthony Sands
Anthony is the Manager of a Children’s Centre and has a passion for supporting the whole family. He was the first to recognise the value of the Parent Champion programme and has been and continues to be an active supporter.
