Our Parent Champion Licensed Coach programme

In summary, our strategy encompasses all sections of society by:
• Creating unique and powerful programmes for children to develop emotional literacy, self expression, creativity and a greater awareness of their intuition/knowing/instincts. All of which is designed to build their self-esteem and confidence.
• Positively impacting families by engaging and empowering parents through our Parent Champion programme
• Creating a network of Authorised Coaches to extend and deliver our programmes
• Taking our unique approach into schools to work with teachers, support staff, pupils and parents to create an Ethos of Empowerment for young people

Our work is an amalgamation of brilliance from visionaries who have developed ground-breaking approaches to relationship building, personal development, sociology and process oriented psychology and systemic development - and of course the experience and participation of parents and carers. We want our coaches and trainers to bring their passion and add their own brilliance and gifts, to deliver the materials in their uniquely powerful ways.

The license for Authorised Coaches is a comprehensive 3 day training:
• Formatted as a guided collaboration, you will explore how to use our architecture of tools and programmes to expand your own unique coaching skills and talents
• Discover ‘energetics’, expand your awareness and connection with everyone and everything – thus adding powerful potential to all your coaching
• Develop your ‘energetic connection’ and learn to use this to better understand and support your clients
• Expand your coaching orientation to include a systems approach to working with the whole family

What can you expect during the 3 days?
The extensive yet flexible programme includes:
Day 1 - Explore 'energetic connection': learn how to connect with your own energy and use it to take your coaching to new levels
Day 2 - Learn the tools that empower you to work with the family as a system
Day 3 -
• Explore the programmes and resources
• Understand the structure of our organisation
• Understand how the ISO 9001 quality management system and our tailored management information system ensure that we will always be leading the field.
• Understand our remuneration plan

We would also like you to co-facilitate a Parent Champion course

What are the benefits of being a Parent Champion Licensed Coach?
The license is for one year renewable annually. It entitles you to:
• Deliver our Parent Champion Programmes in your own way
• Work as an Associate trainer for 'Every Family Matters'
• Full use of all 'Parent Champion' materials
• Regular supervision and a mutually agreed personal development plan
• Membership of our global community of Parent Champion Licensed coaches, created from our common purpose, growing in strength and scope, inviting your contribution, collaboration and enthusiasm

£2,395 for:
• 3 day training
• First year’s license

Ongoing investment (after first year):
£495 for:
• annual review and renewal of license
• personal and professional support and development
